disappointed
bagaimana rasanya ta dianggap...
bagaimana rasanya ta di dengar...
keberadaannya ta diakui...
keberadaannya hanya tuk mencapai tujuan yg mereka inginkan...
Pangsit Goreng
kulit pangsit memang serba guna, bisaaaa aja dibuat macem2...
dikukus jadi...siomay, direbus jadi....siomay kuah, di goreng jadi...pangsit goreng ato kl di bandung bisa jadi batagor, semuanya yummy...
bahan isi bisa bermacam2, namun kali ini yg aku pake :
- udang jumbo 7ekor, cincang halus
- ikan tengiri , tp adanya tongkol 1/2 ikan-->> ga masalah... :) bisa juga pake ayam, cincang halus
- bawang putih 3 siung, cincang halus
- garam 1/2 sdt (menurut selera deh)
- merica bubuk 1/2 sdt
- 1 tangkai daun bawang
- 2 sdm tepung sagu
caranya aduk rata semua bahan isi, trus di letakkan di tengah kulit pangsit, trus bungkus, lengketin kulit pagsit pake air bisa, abis itu goreng....
jadinya sekitar 25 biji, lumayan banyak.... :)
Selai Nanas ASLI :D
ternyata mudah banget bikin selai nanas
hanya butuh 3 bahan : nanas, gula, kayu manis
untuk menghasilkan 250gr selai butuh :
- 2 buah nanas sedang
- 3 sendok makan gula
- 3 batang kecil kayu manis
anggaran -+ cuma 8ribu (diluar gas tuk memasak lho ya)
caranya pun gampang :
1. blender 2 buah nanas dengan sedikit air(tuk pelicin) 1/4 gelas air, jika ga ada blender nanas bisa diparut
2. masak nanas yang sudah halus dengan 3sdm gula + kayu manis
3. masak hingga air mengering
4. jadi deh :D
guampang buanget... dan yang pasti GA ADA PENGAWET
murah, aman dan sehat :)
